Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes.  Best coffee beans 1kg  ensures that all the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Strength - 3, soft and easy to follow, perfect for relaxing on the weekend.
